Our teen daughter's "new" 2008 Honda Accord's alternator was failing. The car wouldn't start. After looking around for service stations, we remembered Pacific Car Care from many years ago and also a recent neighbor experience. Elmer diagnosed the problem and communicated clearly the variables contributing to the situation. They fixed the car in record time and for the price estimated. After completion, Elmer patiently went over the fixes and reviewed other questions with the teen and helped us triage future possible repairs. We now understand her vehicle better.
